Administrative & Sales Assistant

Pacific Media Group, Inc is looking for a Full-Time Administrative & Sales Assistant for its five-station radio cluster on Kauai.  This position is 30 hours/week @ $18.00/hour.  Medical, Dental and Vision insurance is available.

Administrative Assistant Duties:
  • Perform data entry across multiple software platforms (training provided)
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure order accuracy
  • Reconcile daily orders and prepare performance reports
  • Support media consultants with commercial processes
  • Provide professional client support and communication
  • Create sales and marketing support materials
  • Maintain a professional, positive attitude
  • Assist with additional office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and photo editing tools such as Canva
  • Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with the Kauai market preferred
