Part-Time Promotions Crew Member

American General Media is looking for outgoing, reliable, and energetic team members to join our Radio Promotions Crew. If you enjoy concerts, nightlife, community events, sports, entertainment, and creating memorable experiences, this could be the perfect fit.

This is not a typical office job. Most shifts revolve around radio station events, concerts, remote broadcasts, nightlife promotions, and community appearances — which means evenings and weekends are a major part of the role.

What You’ll Do
  • Represent AGM radio stations at concerts, festivals, bars, community events, and live broadcasts
  • Set up station tents, banners, prize wheels, giveaways, and event displays
  • Interact with listeners and create a fun, engaging atmosphere
  • Assist with social media content including photos, videos, reels, and live event coverage
  • Help execute station contests and promotions
  • Drive station vehicles and assist with transporting equipment when needed
  • Work alongside on-air talent, DJs, sales teams, and event partners
Working Conditions:
  • Schedule: Work up to 28 hours per week
  • Environment: office setting, onsite events, live remotes
What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable talking with the public
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift and move promotional equipment
  • Flexible schedule with availability for:
    • Nights
    • Weekends
    • Concerts
    • Holiday events
    • Occasional early morning remote broadcasts
  • Social media knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in promotions, customer service, events, hospitality, nightlife, or media is helpful but not required
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in radio, marketing, or promotions is beneficial but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work [specify days and hours, e.g., evenings, weekends, or specific shifts].
